Transactions and land allocations during the third quarter, 2019
During the third quarter, Wallenstam vacated the property Inom Vallgraven 20:9 with the address Östra Hamngatan 39 / Kungsgatan 52 in central Gothenburg. Wallenstam also obtained a land allocation in Stockholm.
The land allocation relates to about 120 rental apartments on Solleftegatan in Råcksta in the City of Stockholm.
The property Inom Vallgraven 20:9, which was vacated on September 24, 2019, was constructed in 1804 and was reconstructed and renovated by Wallenstam. The three floors contain about 1,800 sq m in total of commercial floor space where the H&M group’s chain store ARKET has been a tenant since September 2018. The property is being sold via a company transaction to Ramsbury Property AB, and the agreed property value amounts to SEK 215 million.
