Wallenstam expands its Group Management

Wallenstam is expanding its Group Management on September 1 when Patrik Persson takes up the new role of Technical Director. Patrik currently works as a company-wide installation and building strategist and has worked at Wallenstam for 14 years.

Patrik was born in 1974 and was employed by Wallenstam in 2004 as an operations optimizer. Since then, he has held several different leading roles in the company, including as operations manager and technical manager.

He will be responsible for coordinating construction and installation descriptions for new production of rental apartments with the objective of reducing production costs with maintained quality. The role will also involve driving the work on streamlining operating costs within the Group’s property portfolio.

“I am very happy that Patrik is taking on this new role, which will be of key importance for us in the work on reducing production costs without compromising our high quality standards,” says Hans Wallenstam, CEO of Wallenstam AB.
