Wallenstam expands its Group Management
Wallenstam is expanding its Group Management on September 1 when Patrik Persson takes up the new role of Technical Director. Patrik currently works as a company-wide installation and building strategist and has worked at Wallenstam for 14 years.
Patrik was born in 1974 and was employed by Wallenstam in 2004 as an operations optimizer. Since then, he has held several different leading roles in the company, including as operations manager and technical manager.
As Technical Director, Patrik will lead the company’s development within building technology and building services engineering. He will be responsible for coordinating construction and installation descriptions for new production of rental apartments with the objective of reducing production costs with maintained quality. The role will also involve driving the work on streamlining operating costs within the Group’s property portfolio.
