Wallenstam’s Board of Directors has taken a decision on a new five-year business plan, which starts on January 1, 2019, with the goal of achieving an increase in net asset value during the period of SEK 40 per share. This goal is supplemented by three key guiding principles within the focus areas customer, employee and environment. In connection with the new business plan, adjustments are also being made to the wordings of the company’s vision and business concept.

“An increase in net asset value of SEK 40 per share is a challenging target. This is equivalent to an increase of 50 percent from today’s level. In terms of our operations, we will do everything we do today, though even better. Thanks to our committed employees, a strong financial base and our own plan for growth, there is every chance of achieving the goal in the new business plan,” says Hans Wallenstam, CEO.

The new business plan will be presented at a Capital Markets Day today, December 14. A filmed presentation will be published at 13.00 CET on www.wallenstam.se/filmsandpresentations.

Wallenstam shall be the natural choice of people and companies for housing and premises.
