Wallenstam vacates the property Vildvinet 1 in Helsingborg
The property Vildvinet 1 is being vacated as of today’s date as part of the agreement concluded with Willhem in December 2015 on a gradual acquisition by the company of Wallenstam’s properties in Helsingborg. The lettable area amounts to 14,820 square meters and the agreed property value was SEK 509 million.
“We are now surrendering another property, Vildvinet 1, to Willhem based on our signed agreements. After this, only a few property development projects remain for Wallenstam in Helsingborg, and these will be completed during 2017/2018,” says Hans Wallenstam, CEO.
The Vildvinet 1 property consists of a number of existing apartment blocks as well as one newly constructed apartment block and is located on Erik Dahlbergs gata 34, Flemminggatan 14, Pålsjögatan 21 and Tågagatan 47 in Helsingborg.
