Convendum lets more than 5,000 creative square meters in Umami Park
Convendum is establishing in Umami Park, Hallonbergen, a dynamic new area, which is starting to take shape in Sundbyberg, featuring 800 apartments, modern office space, shops, cafés and local services. Convendum will let more than 5,000 square meters in total. Three floors in three buildings will be filled with activity-based coworking areas, office space, a lounge, café and showrooms.
