Enjoy a restorative session of Yoga or Tai Chi, surrounded by the natural beauty of Wave Hill. Create a strong and relaxed body-mind with physical postures, breath control and meditation during Hatha Yoga on Sunday mornings. Yoga Together provides the perfect Friday morning outing for families. Select Wednesdays evenings enjoy Sunset Yoga. Quiet like a mountain, moving like a river, Tai Chi, held on Saturday mornings, offers a sequence of gentle movements based on images found in nature. For all wellness sessions, please bring your own mat if possible, wear loosely fitting clothing and come with meals well digested. Yoga classes are taught by instructors from Yoga Bliss; Tai Chi is led by Irving Yee, an active member of the William CC Chen Tai Chi School.
