Anna Nambord to take a leave of absence from Wihlborgs
Anna Nambord, Director of Sustainable Business, will be taking a part-time leave of absence from Wihlborgs in order to start her own company. She will therefore also be stepping down from her position in Group Management.
In parallel with the leave of absence, which will commence on 22 August 2022, Anna Nambord will step into a part-time position at Wihlborgs advising Wihlborgs’ customers on workplace strategy, culture and leadership.
“Over the past few years, areas such as working approach, culture and leadership have become increasingly pivotal for the organisation’s growth and development. Anna Nambord has actively followed and driven issues concerning the transformation of the office from mainly concerning square metres and the choice of material to becoming a part of the company’s employer offering and sustainability efforts. I am pleased that we will be able to use Anna's expertise to further gear up our advice on the good workplace,” says Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs.
“After 25 years as a manager and leader of major companies, it is time to try something else. My aim is to combine my experience of HR and sustainability with the lessons I have learned together with customers and colleagues on new working approaches and help more companies create improved business and forge a better future. I am now afforded the opportunity to provide this offering to Wihlborgs’ customers and reach out to a larger market,” says Anna Nambord.
Anna Nambord has been part of Group Management since 2013, initially as Director of HR and CSR and subsequently as Director of Sustainable Business since 2020.
