Anticimex to move into Wihlborgs’ new development at Stora Bernstorp
Earlier this year, Wihlborgs signed a lease agreement for a new development project at Sunnanå 12:26, located on the border between eastern Malmö and Burlöv. Wihlborgs can now announce that Anticimex will consolidate its Malmö operations in 1,200 sqm of new, modern premises. The contractor has been appointed and the project is entering its next phase, with occupancy planned for 2027.
Sunnanå 12:26 forms part of the continued development of Stora Bernstorp, strategically located between the Inner Ring Road and the E6/E20 motorway. The property was acquired in December 2022 and is now being developed into a modern and flexible commercial property accommodating multiple tenants. The building will comprise a total of 4,000 sqm and will offer adaptable spaces ranging from 700 to 1,400 sqm, designed to meet the needs of various businesses through a combination of office space, warehousing, and light industrial activities.
Anticimex is an international service company specializing in pest control, food safety, and fire protection, and is currently in an expansion phase. The consolidation means that the company will relocate its Malmö operations from Bulltofta to Stora Bernstorp. Anticimex is already a tenant of Wihlborgs in Lund.
