Report from the presentation of the managing director given at the extraordinary general meeting CEO Erik Paulsson at today's extraordinary general meeting made a statement that included the following: "It is our opinion that Wihlborgs' offer to Fabege's shareholders contains attractive alternatives, not least the share alternative.
