Swedish game developer King moves to Wihlborgs’ property in central Malmö

Swedish-founded game developer King, behind hit games including Candy Crush Soda Saga and Farm Heroes Saga, has signed a ten-year lease with Wihlborgs. The newly renovated office space at Elefanten 40 will be ready to move in to early next year. It is located on Storgatan at the core of central Malmö and encompasses an area of 1,500 square metres.

King is a leading interactive entertainment company for the mobile gaming world connecting millions of people through iconic games including Candy Crush Saga, Candy Crush Soda Saga and Farm Heroes Saga. King currently have game studios in Stockholm, Malmö, London, Berlin and Barcelona, alongside offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Dublin and Malta.

The new premises on Storgatan in central Malmö have been extensively renovated using a stringent focus on quality, function and playfulness as part of realising the unique, visual expression that characterises King’s office premises around the world. Around 100 of King’s nearly 2,000 employees will move to the office.
