Ulrika Hallengren takes over as Wihlborgs’ new CEO

Today, the Board of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB appointed Ulrika Hallengren as Wihlborgs’ new CEO. Moreover, the company’s former CEO Anders Jarl was appointed Chairman of the Wihlborgs Board by today’s Annual General Meeting.

The changes stemmed from last autumn’s announcement by Wihlborgs’ former Chairman Erik Paulsson of his intent to step down from his position. On 5 February, the Nomination Committee published its proposals ahead of the AGM on 25 April, which included, inter alia, the proposal of Anders Jarl as the new Chairman of Wihlborgs. On the same day, the Wihlborgs Board notified its intent to appoint Ulrika Hallengren as the company’s new CEO with the caveat that the AGM pass a resolution to that effect.

Ulrika Hallengren will take up her role as CEO on 25 April 2018.
