Wihlborgs' annual general meeting on 31 March 2004 At Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB's annual general meeting on 31 March 2004 the board's proposal of a dividend of SEK 6.00 per share was ratified. The record day for the dividend was set at Monday 5 April 2004. It is estimated the cash dividend will be sent out by VPC on Thursday 8 April 2004. The meeting resolved to re-elect the board members Stefan Dahlbo, Göte Dahlin, Kerstin Fredriksson, Sven-Åke Johansson, Erik Paulsson, Mats Qviberg and Maths O. Sundqvist. The meeting furthermore resolved that the fee paid to the board will be SEK 1,025,000. The general meeting elected Stefan Dahlbo, Sten Kottmeier and Erik Paulsson as members of the nomination committee as representatives of the largest shareholders. Mats Qviberg was elected nomination committee member and convenor as chairman of the board. The general meeting resolved to authorise the board, at the latest up until the next annual general meeting, to acquire and transfer Wihlborgs' own shares. Acquisitions may take place of not more than the number of shares, which at any time are equivalent to 10 percent of all the company's issued shares. The meeting resolved that the share capital will be reduced by SEK 82,745,300 through withdrawal of 1,654,906 shares. The shares have been repurchased by the company in accordance with authorisation by the AGM. At the statutory board meeting Mats Qviberg was re-elected as the board's chairman and Sven-Åke Johansson as the deputy chairman.
