Wihlborgs’ office building Kvartetten in Hyllie gains Telia as a tenant
In October 2024, Telia and Telia’s IT company Telia Cygate move in to Wihlborgs’ newly built office building Kvartetten (Pulpeten 5). The building is thus fully let.
The lease is for 1,900 square metres.
Kvartetten is one of Wihlborgs’ four office buildings in Hyllie and is certified in accordance with NollCO2,, WELL and Sweden Green Building Council Gold. The NollCO2 certification aims to achieve a net climate impact of zero over the building’s entire lifecycle. WELL certification focuses both on soft and on hard values with the aim of improving people’s health and well-being.
Trygg-Hansa, Mindpark, Scriber and the restaurant SPILL are already Kvartetten tenants. Trygg-Hansa co-located its five regional offices to Kvartetten in 2023. The co-working company Mindpark elevates the experience and service at Kvartetten by, for example, staffing the reception and assisting with arranging events. SPILL opened its second restaurant using a sustainable concept that is based on serving meals of high quality cooked with produce that would otherwise have been discarded.

Telia currently leases premises from Wihlborgs at Dockan. Telia Cygate will also move to Kvartetten.
