Wihlborgs has acquired the Bregnerødvej 140-144 property in Birkerød, Rudersdal Municipality, north of Copenhagen. The property will be Wihlborgs’ fourth in the same municipality.

The office property was acquired for a consideration of DKK 73.5 million and occupancy took place on 1 December. The site encompasses just over 15,000 square metres and the lettable area of approximately 7,148 square metres is allocated across four buildings. The total rental income amounts to DKK 4.9 million and the rental value to DKK 6.2 million.

The property is 80 percent let, with NKT Photonics A/S as the largest tenant. NKT Photonics A/S is also the second largest tenant in Wihlborgs’ nearby property Blokken 84. Wihlborgs has two additional properties in Rudersdal Municipality.

“Bregnerødvej is an excellent complement to our existing portfolio in the same area. Since we already have our own organisation on site, we can offer customer’s efficient property management and a high level of flexibility. Strengthening our relationship with NKT Photonics A/S, an important tenant for us, is also positive,” says Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs.
