Wihlborgs acquires property in Fosie, Malmö

Today, Wihlborgs acquired and took possession of the Olsgård 7 property in Fosie, thereby further strengthening its position in the area.  Fosie occupies a strategic location between Malmö’s inner and outer orbitals and has direct links with the motorway network.

The property was acquired from the insolvent Malmö Tidningstryck AB’s estate for SEK 34 million. The property comprises a site of around 14,000 m² as well as a warehouse and office building of about 4,500 m². In conjunction with the acquisition, a lease was signed with Sydsvenska Dagbladets AB.
