Wihlborgs has appointed Magnus Lambertsson as the new Regional Director in Helsingborg. Magnus has extensive property sector experience focusing on both sales and property management.

Magnus Lambertsson succeeds Thomas Bråhagen who is retiring after almost 30 years at Wihlborgs. Magnus joins Wihlborgs from his current role as Director of Sales & Marketing at Skanska Nya Hem, and has previously worked in similar roles.

“Helsingborg is a city experiencing strong expansion where Wihlborgs is the largest commercial property owner. We have a number of ongoing and forthcoming development projects that are of great importance both for Wihlborgs and for the city, with the Prisma new build and the transformation of Helsingborg Central Station currently the largest. I am convinced that Magnus is very well suited to continue to drive our strong development in Helsingborg where Thomas Bråhagen has played a key role for many years,” says Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs.

“I look forward to working with Wihlborgs – a company that plays a leading societal role in Helsingborg. As a resident of Helsingborg, my heart belongs here, making it particularly rewarding to be a part of and contribute to the city’s development. Wihlborgs places a clear focus on its customers, employees and the importance of sustainability, something that I see as a good mix to continue the successful journey that the company has been on over the last few years,” says Magnus Lambertsson.

Magnus Lambertsson will take up his role as Regional Director in Helsingborg on 1 April 2020.
