Wihlborgs has fully let Magasinet
Jayway and ArjoHuntleigh expand their premises and Getinge moves in. This means that the Magasinet property in Nyhamnen in Malmö is once again fully let.
As implied by the property’s name, Magasinet is an old warehouse dating back to the start of the 1950s. Wihlborgs totally renovated the property in 2012 and the tenants include ArjoHuntleigh and Jayway, and previously also included LRF Media.
In 2016, LRF Media relinquished its premises of 1,900 m² on the top two floors at the same time as both Arjo Huntleigh and Jayway needed larger premises. Through internal transfers within the building, both of these companies’ needs could be met and, in parallel, 545 m² became available for the medical technology company Getinge to move into in January 2018.
“This was made possible through close collaboration and continuous dialogue between ourselves and the tenants. It is always pleasing when our corporate customers grow and we always try to identify convenient solutions for them. Naturally, we are delighted to welcome Getinge to Wihlborgs,” says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.
