Wihlborgs has sold redemption rights in Fabege AB Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB (publ) has sold 18,662,700 redemption rights (FABG SRA and FABG SRB) in Fabege AB (publ) and consequently does not own any redemption rights in the company. If the redemption offer is fully accepted, Wihlborgs' holding in Fabege will increase to 39.1 per cent of the capital and 37.9 per cent of the votes.
