Wihlborgs invests in Malmö for Securitas
The security company Securitas extends and renews its existing lease at the Rosengård 130:403 property in Jägersro for a further ten years.
The new lease is for 5,300 square metres and the premises will now be partially remodelled and modernised.
The Rosengård 130:403 property is on Agnesfridsvägen and has good public transport connections and proximity to the inner and outer ring roads as well as the E65 motorway. Right next door, a completely new neighbourhood, New Jägersro, will emerge with housing and businesses.
