Wihlborgs leases at Ideon in Lund to a public sector tenant

Wihlborgs is letting 4,200 m² at the Nya Vattentornet 4 property in Ideon Science Park in Lund to a government agency.

Exciting developments are under way in northern Lund, and Ideon Science Park is a well-known, innovative research hub containing over 400 companies and providing 10,000 jobs. Our new public sector tenant has signed an establishment agreement in our iconic, LEED Gold-certified building “Cube” for floors 5 and 6. Occupancy is planned for May 2022.
