Wihlborgs leasing to Fortnox in central Malmö
Fortnox AB has signed a lease with Wihlborgs for 1,050 m² of office space at the Sparven 15 premises in the City of Malmö.
Fortnox is a rapidly growing company that offers a cloud-based platform for financial administration for small companies, accounting firms, associations and schools. In November, the company will move into the red brick building that is a part of Sparven 15 on Drottninggatan.
“Currently, we have very few vacancies in central Malmö. At Sparven 15, we now have the opportunity of welcoming Fortnox, a company that is experiencing strong growth and is active in a thriving sector. I am pleased that we are able to assist them in continuing their successful journey in modern, attractive premises in such an illustrious building”, says Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs.
Sparven 15 is on Drottninggatan in the City of Malmö and comprises a number of buildings totalling 20,000 m². The video game developer Massive Entertainment, a part of Ubisoft, has been the sole tenant with 4,000 m² in the building that Fortnox will be moving into. Massive are expanding and will move at the end of May to their own premises in a property that they have acquired.
Wihlborgs is now remodelling the building to be able to house more tenants at the same time as new technical installations are being installed to provide comfort and a lower carbon footprint.
