Wihlborgs has signed leases for a total of 25,000 m² with tenants moving to new Wihlborgs premises in the autumn. The combined rental value of the agreements is slightly more than DKK 19 million.

The lettings are to both existing and new tenants, and comprise customers from a number of major companies. New tenants include Infineon, RTC Transport A/S, Scandinavian Tobacco Group and Assa Abloy.

Infineon has recently moved into 1,400 m² at the Hørkær 16 property in Herlev. In the autumn, RTC Transport A/S is moving to 14,500 m² at the Abildager 8-14 property in Brøndby and Scandinavian Tobacco Group is moving to new premises of 5,000 m² at the Sandtoften 9 property in Gentofte. In 2020, Assa Abloy will move to a new address at Borupvang 5d in Ballerup, where it is renting 4,000 m².

“We have grown substantially in Denmark over the last few years and our rising occupancy rate confirms the wisdom of this strategic decision. Demand for modern premises is healthy and with the turnaround in the Danish economy that started a couple of years ago – the outlook is good. Moreover, we have developed a strong concept with high service levels and a strong presence in our property areas, which is appreciated by our tenants,” says Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.
