Wihlborgs lets office space to Aller media in Malmö

Aller media will move into approximately 3,500 m2 of office space on Östergatan in central Malmö − a premises that the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) will vacate during the summer. Occupation is expected by year-end 2016/17.

Aller media will take up almost half of the area vacated by the Swedish Social Insurance Agency when they move to one of our larger premises in Dockan. Only 4,000 m2 now remains to be let in the property,” concludes Jarl.

Aller media will move into the four top floors of Wihlborgs’ property Erik Menved, which is centrally located just a few minutes’ walk from the station.
