Wihlborgs sells 13 properties for SEK 417 million at a profit of SEK 41 million Wihlborgs has sold eleven commercial properties, seven of them in Södertälje, and two residential properties for a total of SEK 417 million. The profit of SEK 41 million will be included in the result for the second quarter of 2004. The commercial properties have been acquired by private investors, whilst the residential properties were bought by newly formed housing associations. "The properties in Södertälje have been sold since we have finished the development and they will not bring further value to Wihlborgs' administration," says Erik Paulsson, President and CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter. "The sale of residential properties is in line with our strategic plan to reduce the amount of residential properties in our portfolio," Erik Paulsson continues.
