Wihlborgs sells two properties for SEK 249 million at a profit of SEK 27 million Wihlborgs has sold two properties in Stockholm for SEK 249 million at a combined profit of SEK 27 million. The profit will be included in the result for the first quarter of 2004. Baretten 1 has been acquired by a newly formed housing association, whilst Posthornet 2 has been bought by a private investor. "Hitherto this year we have sold 19 properties for over SEK 1.1 billion at a profit of SEK 247 million," says Erik Paulsson, president and CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.
