Wihlborgs signs agreement with logistics customer with immediate occupancy in Helsingborg

Wihlborgs is letting 11,200 m² to a logistics company at the Plåtförädlingen 11 property in Hamn-City, Helsingborg, with occupancy scheduled in August.

The Hamn-City district in southern Helsingborg has a strategic location close to Sweden’s second largest container port with good access to the E6 and E4 motorways as well as to public transport. The new logistics customer will be able to establish a centre at this location to streamline logistics flows for processing returns.
