Wihlborgs signs agreement with Mindpark, which is expanding in Hyllie
Wihlborgs is currently building the Kvartetten office building in Hyllie, where tomorrow’s workplaces are being created with a focus on sustainability – for the environment and for people. Wihlborgs has now signed an agreement with the co-working company Mindpark which will elevate the experience and service at Kvartetten. Mindpark moves in at the beginning of 2023.
Mindpark is a successful, award-winning co-working company with locations at sites including Wihlborgs’ premises in the historic Tretorn factory in Helsingborg and at Slagthuset by Malmö Central Station as well as in Lund and Hyllie. Demand for flexible office solutions, meeting rooms and office service has exceeded expectations in Hyllie and Mindpark is now expanding through the addition of 800 m² of co-working space and meeting rooms at our Kvartetten property.
“We had full occupancy from day one at Hyllie and are therefore extremely pleased to increase our presence in this exciting and expansive city district. We have a very good partnership with Wihlborgs and look forward to developing the service offering at Kvartetten,” says Helene Tigerström, Manager of Mindpark Hyllie.
Mindpark will staff the entrance level reception at Kvartetten, where visitors will be greeted by a barista. Co-working space and bookable meeting rooms will also be on offer here. Mindpark also offers tenants breakfast or fruit baskets and can assist with arranging events in and outside the building.
“Greater service and flexibility is increasingly in demand with tenants. At Kvartetten, we want to focus all-in on employee health and well-being. The building has bright modern offices, an amazing roof terrace, services such as Instabox and a bicycle lounge offering repairs. Mindpark will play a key role in the office experience, supplying the entire building with life and movement,” says Ida Lejdström, Property Director at Wihlborgs.
Hyllie station is a stone’s throw from Kvartetten. 16,000 m² of modern office premises that will be ready for occupancy from the start of 2023. Kvartetten aims for a triple certification in line with SGBC Gold, health certification in line with WELL and NollCO2.
