Wihlborgs signs lease with Atkins and the law firm WSA at Prisma, Helsingborg
The design, engineering and project-management consultancy Atkins signed an agreement for 730 m² at Prisma, Wihlborgs’ new office building in Helsingborg. Wesslau Söderqvist Advokatbyrå (WSA) also recently signed a contract for 420 m².
Prisma is the first office building to be finished in Helsingborg’s new Oceanhamnen district and the building’s spectacular architecture will make it a new Helsingborg landmark.
Assistansbolaget Försäkring Sverige and the tech hub HETCH moved in during December. HETCH previously signed a lease for 2,000 m² at Prisma and has now decided to exercise the option for an additional 1,700 m². In addition to a community and workplaces for tech companies, HETCH will provide welcome and co-working services, and a meeting point for the entire building. In January, they will be joined by KPMG and EY. Atkins and WSA will move in during the summer.
