Wihlborgs signs lease with Avensia in Lund
The IT company Avensia has signed a lease for 1,700 m² in Wihlborgs’ new-build project Posthornet in central Lund.
Avensia currently leases premises in Wihlborgs’ property in Gasverksgatan in central Lund. As the company is now growing, it has chosen to move to Posthornet, which is under construction adjacent to Lund Central Station, next door to the Kristallen municipal building. Occupancy is planned for spring 2018.

By moving to Posthornet, they can stay in central Lund and remain at an attractive location close to both communications and the town centre,” says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.

Posthornet will have a clear environmental profile with a roof-top solar cell facility and environmental certification to SGBC Gold. Folktandvården Skåne has already signed a lease for 4,800 m² and will create a new centre in the property for oral health.
60 percent of the property’s 11,000 m² is now let. Demand for modern premises in central Lund is substantial and negotiations are currently ongoing with a number of interested parties for the remaining space in the property.
