Wihlborgs signs lease with DollarStore in Helsingborg

Wihlborgs has signed a lease with the DollarStore chain for 2,800 m² on Hästhagsvägen in southern Helsingborg.  

DollarStore is a Swedish discount chain that is experiencing strong growth, with 71 stores across Sweden. The opening of the store in Helsingborg is planned for September.

“The southern parts of Helsingborg are developing very positively, with growing interest in retail from both customers and stores. We are pleased that DollarStore has chosen Wihlborgs now that they are establishing themselves in Helsingborg,” says Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.
