Wihlborgs signs lease with Länsförsäkringar Skåne at Ideon in Lund
Wihlborgs is set to redevelop the Node property (Nya Vattentornet 2) at Ideon for its new tenant Länsförsäkringar Skåne, which has signed a ten-year lease for about 900 m² of office space. Occupancy will take place in October 2022.
The premises are located on the ground floor of Node and the recently renovated entrance faces the tramway stop right outside.
Länsförsäkringar Skåne offers services in banking, insurance and property management with services that simplify daily life and create security for customers.
“Brunnshög is the perfect location for us to establish operations, with many companies and people present in the area,” says Jonas Jonasson, Head of Bank business area at Länsförsäkringar Skåne.
“Länsförsäkringar Skåne’s establishment will contribute to increased neighbourhood vitality and a better service offering for existing tenants.
