Wihlborgs signs lease with Mediplast in Malmö
Wihlborgs has signed a lease with the medical technology company Mediplast for 11,500 m² in Fosie, Malmö.
The lease extends for seven years and is for 11,500 m² of warehouse and office space at Bronsåldersgatan 2 in Fosie that was vacated by Papyrus at the end of 2016. Mediplast is moving its central warehouse and head office to the property. Occupancy is planned for May 2018.
