Wihlborgs to modernise premises for Bravida in Malmö
Wihlborgs has signed a new lease with the service and installation company Bravida at Hundlokan 10 in Fosie encompassing 4,400 square metres. The premises are set to undergo comprehensive redevelopment in 2024 with the modernisation of office space and new, energy-efficiency technical installations.
Bravida is the Nordic region’s leading provider of end-to-end solutions for the service and installation of electrical, heating and plumbing, HVAC and other technical functions in buildings and facilities, and has approximately 12,000 employees in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. The company has been a tenant in the property since 2010 and several of Bravida’s own products and solutions will be used in the renovation.
Bravida’s operations in Malmö comprise several different functions with the property home to its offices, archives, training premises, changing rooms, a warehouse and a metal workshop.
“Being able to group all of these functions under the same roof and the proximity to the inner ring roads are important criteria for us and mean that the property remains perfect for us. In planning for the renovation, we have worked with the key concepts of light, closeness and energy, and we look forward to welcoming our employees back to fresh and energy-efficient premises at the beginning of next year,” says Mattias Norlander, Regional Manager at Bravida.
