Investment AB Spiltan is proposed to take over chairmanship of XMReality AB

Ahead of the Annual General Meeting of XMReality AB on April 27, Director Johannes Fabó and Chairman Claes Nylander have informed the Nomination Committee that they do not intend to stand for re-election. The Nomination Committee has decided to propose that the Annual General Meeting elect Björn Persson as the new Chairman of the Board. Björn Persson is Investment Manager at Investment AB Spiltan, which is the largest shareholder in XMReality AB, and was a Director during the period 2014-2018 and has been again since 2019.

The Nomination Committee’s complete proposal will be presented in the notice of the AGM and will then be available on the company’s website.
