The helpdesk ecosystem has now been empowered by XMReality Remote Guidance. By integrating an existing helpdesk system with XMReality Remote Guidance, a helpdesk agent can now engage with customers in a much more immediate and intuitive way then just a voice call.


By starting a Remote Guidance call embedded in a ticketing’s system it´s possible to record and store the Remote Guidance session attaching it to the helpdesk ticket, ensuring follow up, quality of delivery and building a future knowledge base.
