Zengun collaborates with Vectura on Forskaren
Zengun has signed an agreement with Vectura Fastigheter for designing and planning construction of the new Forskaren building in Hagastaden, Stockholm. Both parties aim for the collaboration to continue through the actual construction. The new building, which will become a new innovation centre for life science is expected to be occupation ready by the end of 2023.
Forskaren will contribute to a world-class science city by creating a creative meeting place for talent and innovation in life science. The premises will provide 24,000 square metres of flexible offices, shared space and the latest in smart food and beverages. The entrance floor will be accessible for the general public and provide those that are curious with an introduction to life science. The building is to be certified in accordance with LEED platinum and WELL.
