Following an initial project planning phase, Zengun and Fabege have now signed an agreement for the remodelling of an office property on Gårdsvägen in the growing Arenastaden area in Solna. Zengun completes housing in Haga Norra for BRABO and Fabege

Zengun has been contracted to complete some 420 housing units for the housing developer BRABO in partnership with Fabege. The units are part of the first phase of the major urban development project, Haga Norra in Solna, Stockholm.Zengun’s assignment encompasses the initial project planning as well as the construction of the framework, roof and walls of the housing units, a complete shell structure ready for fit-out.
