The Lursäng wind farm in the Municipality of Tanum has granted an environmental permit. The wind farm encompasses up to 5 turbines corresponding to a power of 10 MW.
The application documents were submitted to the County Administrative Board in the County of Västra Götaland in September 2010. The Municipality of Tanum subsequently approved the wind farm, which is a prerequisite for securing approval from the Country Administrative Board under the Swedish Environmental Code. The County Administrative Board in the County of Västra Götaland granted the environmental permit in September 2012, the permit has now gained legal force.
