Wallenstam, Åke Sundvall and Castellum have established a consortium and won a land allocation competition for building rights of just over 100,000 sq m of gross floor area with apartments, retail space, offices and hotels at the former Söderstadion and Hovet site. The allocation means that the consortium has the right to enter into land allocation agreements with SGA Fastigheter, Stockholm Globe Arena Fastigheter, and an option to exclusively negotiate regarding purchase agreements. The new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force in May 2018.
