Ahlsell Group acquires majority share in Sanistål A/S and submits a recommended offer for the remaining share

The acquisition of approximately 75.49% of the shares in Sanistål A/S from the majority owners and the simultaneously recommended public offering for the minority stake in Sanistål A/S, which was announced today, is an important step in Ahlsell’s ambition to be a comprehensive Nordic player with a complete offering also in Denmark. This is fully in line with Ahlsell’s strategy for sustainable growth.Sanistål is a Danish distributor and value-adding sourcing partner for businesses within construction and the industrial area. The company has a turnover of 3.5 BDKK and employs 1,200 people.
