Bonava purchases land and creates neighbourhood for 450 homes in Germany

Bonava has entered an agreement with land development company Hugos Wohngärten GmbH to acquire land at a price of approximately SEK 490 M in Mariendorf, Berlin. A total of 450 housing units with mixed forms of tenure will be created.The properties are located close to public transport, enabling future residents fast access to the centre of Berlin, which is only 14 kilometres away. The market making agreement between Apetit Plc and S-Bank Ltd will be discontinued on 31 May 2017. The purpose of the agreement has been to ensure the liquidity of Apetit’s shares, listed on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd, and to narrow the spread between buy and sell quotations. Kungsleden has extended a credit commitment at a lower commitment fee

Kungsleden AB (publ) through wholly owned subsidiaries have entered into an agreement on a credit commitment with a duration of 3 years from Svenska Handelsbanken (publ).
