NPRO 1Q 2017: PROFIT AFTER TAX OF NOK 212.1 MILLION, DIVIDEND NOK 0.07 PER SHARE

Profit after income tax for first quarter 2017 came to NOK 212.1 million (compared to NOK 99.8 million in the same quarter 2016). Ordinary earnings per share (EPS) was NOK 0.39 for the first quarter 2017. Carried equity per share came to NOK 12.10 at 31 March 2017, up from NOK 10.72 at 31 March 2016 (Epra NAV: NOK 13.19 and Epra NNNAV: NOK 12.87 at 31 March 2017). The board of directors has approved a dividend of NOK 0.07 per share to be distributed to the registered shareholders as of 5 May 2017 (ex. Date is 8 May 2017). Market making agreement on Apetit shares in Nasdaq Helsinki to end

The market making agreement between Apetit Plc and S-Bank Ltd will be discontinued on 31 May 2017. The purpose of the agreement has been to ensure the liquidity of Apetit’s shares, listed on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd, and to narrow the spread between buy and sell quotations. Kungsleden has extended a credit commitment at a lower commitment fee

Kungsleden AB (publ) through wholly owned subsidiaries have entered into an agreement on a credit commitment with a duration of 3 years from Svenska Handelsbanken (publ).
