Nordhealth AS – Resolution to increase Share Capital

6 April 2022 – On the 14th March 2022, Nordhealth AS (the "Company") announced the acquisition of Vetera and a 19.26% stake in Pet Leo and today announces an increase in the share capital by issuing consideration shares to partially settle the transaction. Further reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 14 March 2022 by Nordhealth AS regarding the Company’s acquisition of Vetera and a 19.26% stake in Pet Leo. The signed acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions with expected closing during Q2 2022. The share capital increase pertaining to the NOK 5,441,779.
