Bravida acquires the Danish district heating contractor JFE A/S

Bravida has entered upon an agreement to acquire all the shares of the Danish companies JFE A/S, JPE Materialudlejning ApS and JL A/S, with a total turnover corresponding to about SEK 130 million.In 2015, JFE and the two associated companies had a total turnover corresponding to around SEK 130 million, and showed good profitability. The three companies have about 100 employees and headquarters in Køge, Sjælland.
