Skanska builds a municipal town center in Stavanger, Norway, for NOK 750M, about SEK 775M
Skanska has signed a contract with Stavanger Municipality for the construction of a new municipal town center for the Storhaug district in Stavanger, Norway. The contract is worth NOK 750M, about SEK 775M, which will be included in the Nordic bookings for the first quarter of 2022.The project is named the Lervik Quarter and will be a new meeting place for the Storhaug district in Stavanger. The project’s total building mass is 26,000 square meters, and it includes a primary school, kindergarten, multi-purpose hall, a district service center, grocery store, offices, and parking facilities.
