Addnode Group's major shareholders sell 7 075 000 B shares to institutional investors

Stockholm, May 5, 2017Addnode Group has been informed by Vidinova AB ("Vidinova") and Aretro Capital Group AB ("Aretro Capital") that Vidinova has divested 5,575,000 Class B shares and Aretro Capital has divested 1,500,000 Class B shares in Addnode Group AB ("Addnode Group"). Alfa Laval – a world leader in heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling – has won an order to supply evaporative air cooler systems to a gas processing plant in the U.S. The order has a value of approximately SEK 85 million. The market making agreement between Apetit Plc and S-Bank Ltd will be discontinued on 31 May 2017. The purpose of the agreement has been to ensure the liquidity of Apetit’s shares, listed on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd, and to narrow the spread between buy and sell quotations. Kungsleden has extended a credit commitment at a lower commitment fee

Kungsleden AB (publ) through wholly owned subsidiaries have entered into an agreement on a credit commitment with a duration of 3 years from Svenska Handelsbanken (publ).
