Eltel’s rail and road business wins a two-year project agreement in Sweden

Eltel has won a project in its rail business in Sweden. The project will increase the rail capacity and improve the availability of so called 10 minute traffic on the rail way "Roslagsbanan" in the northern part of Stockholm.Storstockholms Lokaltrafik (SL) has signed a prime contract with Veidekke Anläggning Öst and Eltel will act as a subcontractor in the project to perform rail related works. A new rail way station with new platforms and additional tracks will be built. The total value of the investment is approximately SEK 270 million of which Eltel’s share is approximately one third.

Orkla's operating profit (EBIT adj.) increased by 13% to a total of NOK 993 million in the third quarter of 2015. Branded Consumer Goods posted operating profit of NOK 1,055 million, which was a 15% improvement from the third quarter of 2014.
