Kungsleden and Aroseken in cooperation to develop housing at Finnslätten in Västerås
Kungsleden has signed an agreement with Aroseken to divest part of the Västerås Effekten 5 property for future residential purposes. The objective is to create more than 15,000 sq.m. GTA of housing and the price amounts to SEK 2,000 per sq.m. GTA.There is a currently vacant building of approximately 8,000 sq.m. in the section of the property being sold.
