Pandox has entered into an agreement to divest a retail property linked to The Hotel Brussels, for approximately MEUR 34, to a discretionary real estate fund managed by BMO Real Estate Partners. PEN Concept Group chairman of the board Robert Wu increases his shareholding

Robert Wu, chairman of the board and majority owner in PEN Concept Group AB, has increased his shareholding by acquiring remaining shares from Mr David Pantzar, founder of the group subsidiary PEN Interiör AB.
