Insplorion sells an Acoulyte instrument to Professor Moshe Herzberg at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel
Professor Moshe Herzberg and his group at the Department of Desalination and Water Treatment (DWT) purchases an Acoulyte instrument to use in their ongoing research spanning from bacterial biofilm formation on membranes to anti-fouling agents via surface modifications. The interest for the capabilities of the Acoulyte has been high since a visit to Gothenburg and Insplorion in early 2018 when the capabilities of Insplorion’s technology were explored. The main processes that will be studied are hydration and swelling of macromolecules as well as mass transport of nanoparticles in hydrogels.
